An Introduction
Pujya Didi Mandakini Shree Ramkinkerji, originally from Mumbai, is the first and only direct disciple of His Holiness Param Pujya Maharajshree Ramkinkerji. A doctorate in Microbiology, she set aside a promising scientific career to dedicate her life entirely to her Guru and to his mission.
When a Guru is no longer present in body, his vision lives on through the disciple who carries it forward. Accepted as Maharajshree's spiritual successor, Didi Maa is that living continuity - keeping his thought, his voice, and his life's work alive for the generations that follow.
Through her discourses, her writing, and her tireless seva, she continues to make the wisdom of Shree Ramcharitmanas accessible to seekers everywhere, guiding them gently towards devotion, self-knowledge, and lasting peace.
Life and Spiritual Journey
Early Life and a Higher Calling
Born and raised in Mumbai, Didi Maa was a gifted scholar who earned a doctorate in Microbiology and stood at the threshold of a bright career. Yet beneath that worldly promise, her heart was drawn towards a deeper purpose.
On meeting Param Pujya Maharajshree Ramkinkerji, she recognised in him her Sadguru. Without hesitation she set aside personal ambition and surrendered her life to his service and to the path of devotion he embodied.
The First and Only Direct Disciple
Honoured as the first and only direct disciple of Maharajshree, she immersed herself in the study of Shree Ramcharitmanas under his guidance, and worked closely on the writing, compilation, and preservation of his books and recorded discourses - a treasure she safeguards to this day.
Continuing the Mission
The mission Maharajshree began did not end with his samadhi - it found a faithful steward in Didi Maa. As Chairperson of the Ramayanam Trust and the Janki Jivan Mandir Trust at Ayodhya, she carries his vision forward with the same devotion that defined his life.
She delivers inspiring discourses on Shree Ramcharitmanas in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, carrying the message of Tulsidas to listeners of every language and land. Her global travels spread love, peace, and the unending grace of Shree Sita-Ram.
For Didi Maa, the Ramcharitmanas is not merely a scripture to be recited, but a living mirror of life - a fountainhead of wisdom that can guide every seeker, in every age, towards the divine.

In Didi Maa, the parampara found an unbroken thread. With the same humility, scholarship, and surrender that marked her Guru, she has kept his work alive - through discourses in many tongues, through the careful preservation of his literature, and through her ceaseless travels in the service of seekers.
